Luke has extensive experience with core CRM systems, dating back to 2010 when he joined as one of the first Customer Success Managers at HubSpot. Over the course of the past 15 years, Luke has helped hundreds of companies successfully implement HubSpot as well as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive, and countless other CRMs during this time at Bedrock Data (acquired by Formstack) and most recently at FinQore (formerly SaaaSWorks). In addition to helping companies implement these systems, he’s been a primary System Admin for both HubSpot and Salesforce during his time at Bedrock Data and FinQore.

Since joining FinQore (formerly SaaSWorks) in 2020, Luke has worked with over 40 companies to keep their revenue and customer data in sync across various billing platforms such as QuickBooks, Stripe, NetSuite, Chargebee, Ordway, as well as trusty old Excel Spreadsheets. Using his technical background, Luke is able to navigate the technical structure of these platforms via their open APIs and experience with SQL to identify data gaps.
